 So that's it then, the end of the second European Tour with some special friends and great cars (Bessie failed the MOT the day after).  It worked well with no problems until we hit the English shore and the M25 , when all hell broke loose.
The plan to make it to the Cherry Tree pub in Oxfordshire was completed only by Chris and Roger, everyone else ended up eating in Woking ! Anyway , hope you liked our 2013 tour, we certainly did !!!!!!

Me & Rog cheated by turning the sat nav off then going North (anticlockwise) on the M25 & finally not using the M40 at all to get to the Cherry Tree. Stealth & cunning works every time, oh & driving around London for 13 years helped too (would have gone straight round north circular but not sure where congestion charge kicks in) :-). Lets hope Bessie can be bought back from the dead & doesnt end up being a cat basket for Sooty & Blacke :-) Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
